Order Processing & Delivery Time:

Domestic Orders
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days depending on the location.
International Orders
International deliveries generally take 10–15 business days.
Stitched/customized orders may require an additional 3–5 working days for processing.
We ship internationally through trusted courier partners such as DHL, FedEx, and other reputed logistics providers.

Partial Shipments

If you choose to cancel an order after partial shipment, only the unshipped items may be eligible for cancellation.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

No address changes are possible once the order has been shipped.

In some countries, courier companies may leave packages at the doorstep if nobody is available. In such cases:

The courier may not provide delivery signature confirmation
We will not be responsible for lost or missing packages after delivery confirmation

Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

If your shipment is lost during transit:

We may wait up to 15 days for courier investigation and tracking updates.
After confirmation, we will either:
Re-ship the order, or
