Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Return & Refund Policy:

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligible Return Conditions
Products received in damaged condition
Incorrect item delivered
Manufacturing defects
Major quality issues

To request a return, customers must contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving the order along with clear photos/videos of the issue for verification.

Important Return Terms:

Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Customers are required to ship the return parcel to our address unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process either:

Exchange of the product, or
Refund as per eligibility
Refund Process
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For customer-initiated refunds, up to 20% processing and handling charges may be deducted.
If the order is cancelled by us due to stock or operational issues, a full refund will be processed.
Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Please note:

Once the order status changes to Shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Exchange Policy

Need a different size, color, or design? We’re happy to help.

Exchange Eligibility:

Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Product must be unused and in original condition.
Exchange is subject to stock availability.
Exchange Terms
If the exchanged product value is higher, the customer must pay the difference online.
If the exchanged product value is lower, the remaining amount will be issued as store credit.
Exchange orders are generally delivered within 7–10 business days after approval.
Color & Product Description Disclaimer

We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to:

Studio lighting during photography
Mobile/monitor display settings
Fabric dye variations

Minor differences in color, embroidery, texture, or measurements should not be considered defects.

Embellishment & Handwork Disclaimer:

Products with sequins, beads, stones, embroidery, or handwork may occasionally have minor loosening during transit or handling. This is common in handcrafted ethnic wear and does not qualify as damage.
